A proven human resource professional, Auden has knowledge in problem solving, workforce planning, operational efficiency, and team building/management. His interest as an HRT Advisor focuses on strategies to build relationships with both clients and peers, while remaining flexible and innovative with changing demands and priorities. Auden has experience in a number of different industries including Retail, Pharma and Healthcare.

Auden enjoys the ability to make a positive impact in the lives of the candidates he works with, particularly in the University Recruiting space. Additionally, he continuously seeks to foster a great client and candidate experience during the recruitment process. Through his consistent collaboration with his clients, he is also able to provide proactive sourcing techniques to identify and grow talent pools.

In his free time, Auden enjoys hobbies such as hiking with his three dogs, traveling and drinking tea.

Auden is a graduate of the University of Kentucky.
