Emily lends her broad Human Resources experience to her HRT clients. This seasoned HRT Advisor has hands-on experience in Sourcing, Benefits Administration, and HR Generalist responsibilities. Emily has also worked seamlessly across verticals, including Higher Education, CPG, Retail, IT, and Engineering.

No matter the industry, Emily loves to support her HRT clients – and their candidates. She is particularly passionate for learning about each candidate’s strengths and professional goals. Emily then uses her quick wit to match candidates to client opportunities. It’s this perception that enabled Emily to fill a client role in just 30 days, after it was open for nine months with no movement.

During down time from her recruiting work, Emily continues to exhibit a supportive spirit, seeking out new volunteer opportunities whenever possible. She also enjoys practicing Yoga, searching for the best tacos in Pittsburgh, and unwinding with her guilty pleasure, reality TV.

Emily is a graduate of Grove City College.
