With wide-ranging Human Resources experience and deep roots in Talent Acquisition & University Relations, Jessica’s leadership and expertise is an advantage for HRT clients and HRT teammates, alike. Jessica’s accomplishments span a variety of industries, including Retail, CPG, and Hospitality. Not surprisingly, her top career accomplishment is in the realm of talent acquisition: hiring and building the team at HRT Solutions.

“It is the most difficult and rewarding ‘job’ that I have ever had,” says CEO, Jessica of the bold effort she put forth to establish HRT Solutions. She had a mission to create an environment where HRT clients and HRT teammates could thrive. With Jessica’s leadership, HRT Solutions has achieved its mission. She leads by example, rolling up her sleeves alongside her team each day to ensure that each HRT client’s objectives are being met and that each HRT team member has the support required to succeed.

Outside of the office, Jessica enjoys traveling and attending sporting events & Broadway shows. She also loves to try new restaurants, mostly to avoid cooking.

Jessica is a graduate of Penn State University.
