Prior to joining HRT Solutions, Lauren spent close to 5 years in Talent Acquisition as a Recruiting Coordinator. The majority of her career was in Customer Service and Sales, however, once she began her career in Talent Acquisition, she quickly discovered her passion. She found that she loves working with candidates and guiding them through the interview process and ultimately to their dream careers. Lauren is passionate about building relationships, partnering with recruiters and ensuring candidates and clients have the best possible experience throughout the process.

In Lauren’s spare time, she enjoys being outdoors buy especially boating and paddle boarding.  When not on the water, she loves to take long hikes or go to the dog park with her Golden Retriever, Mona.

Lauren is a graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College.
