Michele brings over 15 years of human resource experience. Michele’s well-versed HR knowledge and practices enables her to provide the support needed for our clients. She has a people first mindset that enables her to build great partnerships that impact culture, people development, HR best practices and procedures, all while implementing change management strategies.

Michele’s extensive knowledge of workforce planning, retention, and HR operations provides valuable perspective for our clients and their growing needs. Prior to Michele joining HRT she held multiple Human Resources positions with a large retailer.

In her free time, Michele enjoys spending time with her family, watching HGTV, baking, and frequenting different coffee shops.

Michele is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh.
