As an HR & Talent Manager, Stephanie applies her deep Talent Acquisition and University Relations skills to meet client needs across verticals, including CPG, Manufacturing, and Marketing. While Stephanie has made a positive impact on all of the clients and candidates she has served, she most fondly speaks of her University Relations work. 

“It is extremely rewarding to know that I played a role in their future,” says Stephanie of placing UR candidates. Not only does Stephanie help numerous candidates start their careers, she also makes a lasting impact on HRT clients. Stephanie continues to exceed client expectations by delivering high volumes of qualified talent, thanks to optimizations she implemented to her client’s UR program. Stephanie built a strong foundation that has enabled client growth. 

When Stephanie is not recruiting candidates, she enjoys keeping fit, watching movies, and advocating for animal rescue organizations. Stephanie makes plenty of time for her family and her dogs, Chloe and Sammy.

Stephanie is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park.
